Booking Chanting & Voicework Events
Online Booking & Payment
You may book online using the booking forms on the Chanting or Voicework pages. Using these forms you will proceed to our PayPal payment page, where the full payment for each event is required. Deposits will not be accepted as firm booking through this form.
If you wish to book an event that is happening within the next 7 days, please ring Nikki's PA, Hanna, on 07932 043 277or pa@freetheinnervoice.com to confirm there is space available before paying. Any bookings made within 7 days of an event that have not been confirmed in this way cannot be considered firm bookings.
Offline Booking
You can still book events offline. You can download and print a booking form. This will allows you to post the form with a cheque.
If you wish to book an event that is happening within the next 10 days, please ring Nikki's PA, Hanna, on 07932 043 277or pa@freetheinnervoice.com to confirm there is space available before sending the form and payment.
Bookings made by this method cannot be considered firm until you have received confirmation from us. For quick, firm bookings, please use the online booking form.
Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled in advance and you may receive a full or partial refund depending on how early the cancellation is received by us :
- 14 days before an event: refund in full
- 7 days before an event: refund subject to a 20% cancellation fee
- 24 hours before an event: refund subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours (or if you fail to attend): no refund
If for any reason it is necessary for Nikki to cancel an event full refunds will be given.
Ordering CDs
Returns Policy
In the event that a CD is damaged upon delivery, please return it using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 28 days and we will replace it within 14 days and refund your postage. Be sure to keep the proof of postage.
We do not accept returns for other reasons or beyond 28 days after delivery.
If you do not receive your CD within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us straightaway.
